Thousands of Iranian schoolchildren were corralled in front of the cameras in June to perform a new anthem about devotion to the Islamic Republic and the principles of the 1979 revolution. "Hello Commander" featured lines about sacrificing one's life to the regime, sung by children as young as six, and about joining the IRGC's expeditionary Quds Force. This cartoon by Mana Neyestani straightforwardly compares this fresh propaganda drive to the activities of the Hitler Youth.
