In the early hours of Saturday, July 3, three earthquakes measuring above 6 on the Richter scale shook the coastal cities of Bandar Khamir and Bandar-e Lange in Hormozgan province. At least five people were killed and dozens injured. These photos of the damage were sent to IranWire by residents of Bandar Khamir, parts of which authorities said were “almost completely” destroyed.
